Stand preparation is a process in which a number of factors contribute to your brand’s ultimate success at a trade fair. At Meadow Design, we will assist you every step of the way, looking out for your best interests.
Step 1: Needs Assessment
Before we begin, we need to gather basic information: how big the stand will be, what elements are necessary, and what the client’s ideas and expectations are. You can contact us by filling out the quotation form. You don’t need to know everything: we’re here to work with you to find the right solution and gather all the necessary information.
Step 2: Design and visualizations
We strive to deliver the initial design as quickly as possible: we work efficiently and meet tight deadlines. We compare various options, explore the spatial possibilities of the trade fair venue, and seek unconventional solutions. See our previous projects.
Step 3: Fine-tuning the details
Our initial proposal is sent to your email address. All good work takes time, so we know that certain aspects often require further clarification. While we work together to develop corrections and changes, our graphic designers are preparing technical drawings, based on which we will order materials, graphics, and other necessary stand elements.
Step 4: Production
Our specialists get to work! See for yourself how we work. Using the highest quality materials and the latest technical solutions, we prepare all the furniture, lighting, multimedia panels, and more. Meadow Design has its own carpentry shop, allowing us to create solutions precisely tailored to your needs and expectation.
Step 5: Transportation
All stand components are packed and transported to the trade fair site by our company. We service events throughout Poland and Europe: regularly serving clients at trade fairs in Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and many other countries!
Step 6: Assembly and disassembly
Our team will assemble the entire stand themselves. Our company has dozens of successful projects under its belt and a history of fruitful, long-term collaborations with companies from all variety of industries. At the end of the assembly, we always prepare a meticulous handover form to ensure that all components have been installed with the utmost care. After the trade show, we dismantle and transport the stand back to our warehouse.
Step 7: Storage
In the trade show industry, it’s common to participate in multiple events throughout the year. So, instead of having to redesign your stand from scratch, at Meadow Design, we store parts of your stand that can be reused at future trade shows, adapting only the details to the requirements of the specific exhibition space.
